Technical
support is a service we offer to help you solve problems or programming
issues, while all of our technicians are certified on the products we
support there may be times when you would require a certified technician
on site to further diagnose problems. We always do our best to solve
issues in a timely matter but occasionally based on the discovery
process all issues may not be solved via phone support.
Technical support is currently 8:30 AM - 5 PM Monday thru Friday Eastern Time, unless otherwise arraigned in advance. After hours and weekends are available but need to be scheduled in advance, rates may differ.
